As the largest online distributor of restaurant supplies and equipment, WebstaurantStore hosts an expansive catalogue with over 430,000 products. By stepping into the role of Social Media Manager within our company, you'll lead our Organic Social Media team, driving our brand's identity and engagement through content creation, platform management, performance analysis, strategy optimization, and oversight of third-party review sites. Reporting to the Director of Video and collaborating with the Vice President of Design and Media, you'll craft compelling, trend-driven content that cements our position as a digital leader in the food industry.
This position is 100% remote in qualified states only (see bottom of page for list) on a full-time, W2 basis.

Job Requirements
Social Media :
- Lead the creation of engaging organic social media content, ensuring all of its on-brand, purposeful, and audience-targeted.
- Oversee content approvals and publishing across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Use performance analytics to identify trending topics, forecast content needs, and execute strategies that are aligned with the brand’s values, culinary vision, and marketing objectives.
- Direct community engagement and management on review sites.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights for leadership.
