This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is also excited about managing our online presence to connect with our customers. In growing our business platform you can also gain notererity and establish social media managing skills to increase your own social media presence and cement your stamp in the industry. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional service and ensure a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting customers with their inquiries, and maintaining an organized sales environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic of the restaurant
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier and prep station.
- Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
- Follow phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone
- Develop and post engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, customers, and the restaurant.
- Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Monitor trends to create creative campaigns that boost our online presence.
- Collaborate with the team to promote new menu items or special offers.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Basic knowledge of retail math for pricing and inventory management.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
- Attention to detail in managing stock levels and store organization.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing customer needs.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools is an advantage.
