Job Description:
As a MERCHANDISER ROLE, you will be responsible for providing excellent product merchandising support in our store locations across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities include rotating and refreshing stock and advertising according to set directions, assisting in unloading and delivery of products, and providing exceptional customer service in conjunction with sales teams.
Essential Functions:
- Stock Rotation and Refreshment: Rotate and refresh stock and advertising according to set directions.
- Unloading and Delivery Assistance: Assist in unloading and delivery of products.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in conjunction with sales teams to service designated customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated individuals who can work both individually and in a team environment.
- Physical Abilities: Enjoy active work and moving throughout entire shifts, including activities such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and using a pallet jack.
- Travel: Desire and ability to travel by own car or truck, with mileage reimbursement through the CarData program.
- Communication: Highly communicative in both verbal and written forms with supervisory staff and teammates.
