Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Hardscapes and Softscapes, with the ability to supervise a team effectively. This role involves overseeing various landscaping projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers in daily operations.
- Plan and execute landscape installation tasks
- Oversee other team members completing tasks
- Ensure proper maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools.
- Inspecting to ensure things are completed correctly
- Helping train other team members
- Communicate effectively with clients & co-workers both to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- 3-5 experience in landscape Hardscaping & Softscaping both.
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques & landscape materials.
- Ability to supervise a team effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is required.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
