Financial Analyst for Multi-company Entrepreneur

You will have the ability to step back and see the big picture, figure out what data matters, what questions to ask, and know what to report about when. You can multi-task, keep a lot of balls in the air, and maintain a positive and upbeat attitude. Youre able to keep an eye on everything and make sure nothing falls between the cracks.

The job involves financial analysis and keeping the company going - some data entry and bookkeeping, but most data entry has been automated.
Position Responsibilities :
Prepare Income Statements and Balance sheets for monthly review
Prepare Job Completion Analysis for Design build company and Cabinetry retail business
Prepare Job costing reports to provide feedback to estimating and identify things that are off.
Evaluate / Prepare other reports for business decision making and growth.
Data visualization for KPIS. Using Tableau
Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, Run payroll.
Oversee AR and AP.
Reconcile accounts
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have :
3 years Experience as a financial analyst
Accounting background, business degree or MBA
Construction or remodeling experience is advantageous
Strong technical ability :
QBOA or QBO expert.
Google Sheets or Excel expert
Tableau experience
Able to process lots of written information quickly and thoroughly
Personal skills :
Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Planning and organizational and time management skills, ability
Good memory will help with multiple projects going on at once.
