Our ideal candidate thrives on the planning phase of projects and excels at multitasking. They are adept at seeing the big picture while paying attention to details, preparing accurate estimates, and working with designers to ensure projects keep on budget. Responsibilities:
The job responsibilities include working with our team to prepare estimates for upcoming remodeling jobs. This includes negotiating with trades, getting quotes and doing material takeoffs, planning and optimizing project schedules, and preparing work orders.
The right candidate will have:
- Previous experience in residential remodeling, general contracting, home building, and/or construction.
- An upbeat positive attitude and focus on client satisfaction.
- Google sheets or excel experience required.
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans
- You’re attentive to details and have an excellent memory.
