Summary of Responsibilities :

The estimator is essential to both sales and project management, creating accurate cost estimates and helping ensure our projects run smoothly. They work with the sales team to prepare competitive bids for new projects and assist project managers in staying on budget for ongoing work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable about the industry, and an excellent communicator.

Essential Functions

New Sales Support :

• Review project specs, drawings, and customer needs with the sales team.
• Create detailed cost estimates and prepare bid proposals with timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and potential cost impacts.
• Stay current on market pricing, industry trends, and material costs.

Existing Projects Support :
