Key Responsibilities:
- Program Oversight and Development:
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating programs that provide housing solutions for homeless individuals and families.
- Ensuring programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Strategic Planning and Coordination:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to address homelessness.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community partners.
- Leading community responses to issues related to homelessness.
- Financial Management:
- Managing budgets within federal grants.
- Advocacy and Community Engagement:
- Advocating for the needs of homeless individuals and families.
- Building and maintaining relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders.
- Staff Management:
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff and volunteers.
- Ensuring effective service delivery.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Overseeing data collection and analysis to inform program improvements.
- Preparing and presenting reports on program activities and outcomes.
- Continuum of Care (CoC) Oversight:
- Participate in the local CoC, and ensure compliance with HUD regulations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Experience in fundraising and grant management.

- A background in social work, public administration, or a related field.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
