What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Coordinator position at Clark County Water Reclamation District?
The Clark County Water Reclamation District is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Property Coordinator position. This position will be primarily responsible for:
- Coordinating contracted services with vendors.
- Ensuring building maintenance is being addressed and performed/Quality control of vendors.
- Conducting various studies and giving recommendations to management and assist in implementation of outcomes of studies.
- Coordinating with other departments on internal relocations and construction efforts.
- Maintaining records and reports from various regulatory contracts.
- Performing job scopes and reviewing contracts.
This recruitment will establish an Open Competitive Eligibility list to fill current and/or future vacancies that may occur within the next six (6) months or may be extended as needed by Human Resources.

Working Conditions: May attend meetings outside of normal working hours. May work extended shifts or be called back in emergency situations.
Background Investigation: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation. Periodically after employment background investigations may be conducted.
Pre-Employment Drug Testing: Employment is contingent upon the results of a pre-employment drug examination.
