Overview/Purpose of Position:
Clark County Circuit Court has an immediate opening for a full-time Judicial
Assistant to Branch II. Duties include a variety of clerical and record-keeping
duties within the court system.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have knowledge of general court procedures,
court record keeping office procedures, confidentiality policies, and basic legal
terminology. The ideal candidate must have effective verbal and written
communication skills, be able to multi-task, and maintain confidentiality.
Applicants must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to type 40
words per minute.
An associate degree in administration, legal or related field is required. Two
years of recent and relevant employment within the legal system is preferred.
Benefits:
Pay range for this position is $20.54 - $26.05, based on experience and
qualifications, plus a competitive benefit package.
