We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of AEM-based solutions that align with the organization’s goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, designers, and other business units to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements for AEM solutions.
- AEM Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design scalable AEM-based solutions that meet the business needs, focusing on content management, digital marketing, and user experience.
- Process Mapping: Document existing processes and workflows, and recommend improvements for optimal AEM platform utilization and integration.
- User Story & Use Case Development: Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases to guide the development and implementation process.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of requirements.
- Testing & Validation: Assist in functional testing, ensuring the AEM solution meets the specified requirements and providing feedback for improvements.
- Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation to ensure end-users can effectively use the AEM platform.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with AEM features, tools, and best practices to recommend enhancements and improvements to the platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) as a Business Analyst with a focus on AEM or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and digital marketing features.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business language.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred Skills:
- AEM certifications (AEM Business Practitioner, AEM Developer, etc.).
- Familiarity with AEM integrations with third-party tools (analytics, marketing automation, etc.).
- Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java.
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and analytics.
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
