Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of people-centered programs including benefits, compensation, and well-being initiatives.
- Lead planning and execution for key annual projects such as enrollment campaigns, recognition programs, and salary/bonus reviews.
- Support communication efforts to improve awareness and understanding of available programs, ensuring timely and clear information reaches all employees.
- Review program performance, costs, and service delivery; recommend updates to enhance efficiency and experience.
- Coordinate data collection and reporting for compliance activities, audits, and filings.
- Partner closely with internal teams (HR, Finance, Systems) to ensure alignment, optimize tools like Workday, and improve internal workflows.
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated employee questions or unique cases, including those involving accommodations, leaves, or benefit transitions.
- Manage a small team and encourage collaboration, learning, and professional development.
- Maintain awareness of industry practices and evolving trends that may influence future planning.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality service and operational effectiveness.
- Occasionally participate in discussions related to employee programs in union settings, maintaining compliance and consistent communication.

- Comfortable managing projects, people, and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong communicator with the ability to distill complex information clearly.
