- owning the compensation processes
- year-end compensation
- developing salary structures
- job architecture, leveling, grading
- bonus and merit review processes
- executive and equity compensation
- comp surveys and benchmarking
- market data analysis
- developing off packages
- overseeing benefit & payroll operations
