Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and open enrollment.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the manufacturing sector.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and training programs.
- Administer compensation programs and ensure market competitiveness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR policies, workplace issues, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns and fostering open communication.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation for audits and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment (required).

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
