As a Recruiter within our firm you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet staffing needs. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, exceptional communication skills, the ability to build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships, prior experience with recruitment and client development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough HR candidate searches through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Review and analyze HR resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Screen candidates through interviews and assessments to evaluate their qualifications and fit for specific positions.
Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future job openings.
Proactively develop new client relationships.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
Present qualified candidates to clients, coordinating interview schedules and providing feedback.
Assist in negotiation and finalization of job offers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior recruitment experience required.
Client development experience required.
Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
