Job Description
• Liaisons with Clinical Franchise Product Directors, Finance, Operations, Compliance and Legal to develop pricing recommendations for new and existing tests
• Leverage internal systems and models to develop financial forecasts which are used to support business decisions
• Review and approve all list prices, in cooperation with GM’s for each line of business
• Identify customer value drivers by segment for strategic tests
• Partner with Pricing colleagues to identify differential benefits from Quest Diagnostics offering – for tests and value-added services
• Translate differential benefits into quantified clinical and economic value – for patients, for providers, for payors
• Update target price system – drive a change process to set target prices for offerings by segment, channel, and region
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Pricing or related focus preferred.
• MBA a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years with a mix of pricing, operations, finance, marketing, consulting, or sales analysis experience with strong quantitative capabilities.
Additional Information
80-90 plus bonus
