Clark Energies is seeking Solar Appointment Setters to join our High Performance Organization. With our world class paid training program, there is no experience needed. We have unlimited earning potential and also uncapped earnings per commission. This position will fast-track your career growth to a sales, leadership, training position or more! Responsibilities:
- Knock door-to-door (Set Direct Sales Appointments)
- Set appointments with residents for the Sales Rep to provide a professional consultatioN
- Help homeowners lower their current power bill
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Coachable & eager to learn
- Driven to succeed
- Comfortable working nights & weekends (to meet homeowners when they’re available
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar
- Build trust & set appointments with potential customers
- Grow your network through referrals & community outreach
- Attend regular trainings to stay ahead in the industry
