Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on a variety of construction equipment
- Utilize testing equipment and diagnostic tools to diagnose mechanical issues
- Support the onboarding process for new machinery and equipment
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with senior-level mechanics and the Service Manager to resolve complex mechanical issues
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in construction equipment maintenance and repair (preferable)
- Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems in construction equipment
- Proven experience working with heavy machinery, including excavators and bulldozers
- A strong focus on detail and adherence to safety protocols
