As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for performing maintenance repair tasks, troubleshooting, and interpreting data from our building Energy Management System.

Valid Montana Driver's License required. Must accept responsibility to wear personal protective gear as appropriate. Basic computer skills essential.
Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED, or one-year related experience/or training, or a combination of education and experience to equal one or more years.

Responsibilities
- Perform skilled maintenance repair tasks, utilizing appropriate tools and equipment.
- Interpret and act on information presented by the building Energy Management System.
- Possess intermediate skills in one of the basic building trades, including Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, or Cabinetry.
- Maintain accurate work records and apply principles of customer service excellence.
- Assist with snow removal and setup/takedown of rooms/buildings for meetings.
