About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Clark Fork Valley Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of facilities, buildings, equipment, and fixtures. You will work under general supervision from the Facility Services Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled maintenance and repair tasks in a specified field.
- Operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hospital buildings and utility equipment and systems.
- Keep accurate work records.
- Apply principles of customer service excellence.
- Recognize occupational hazards and take necessary precautions.
- Clear snow and ice from parking lots, sidewalks, and other access ways.
- Set up and tear down rooms/buildings for meetings, etc.
- Pick up and deliver equipment as needed to homebound patients.
- Work on an on-call basis for scheduled periods of time.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Montana Driver's License.
- Acknowledge responsibility to wear personal protective gear as necessary.
- Demonstrate basic computer skills.
- Meet the minimum qualifications outlined below.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of related experience/or training.
- A combination of education and experience to equal one or more years.
