Bankruptcy Associate - Chicago, IL

Clark Hill is seeking an attorney with 1-5 years of experience for its Bankruptcy business unit in the Chicago, IL office. Ideal candidates will have bankruptcy specific experience representing business debtors, creditors, landlords, and supply chain parties. All candidates must have a familiarity with the bankruptcy code, the uniform commercial code, and experience with transactions, business workouts, restructurings, and bankruptcy related litigation. Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills, along with strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school are required. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and should possess a solid work ethic. All candidates must either be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois or eligible for admission without examination.

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $150,000 -$170,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
