Clark Hill is seeking a Labor & Employment associate with 6 years of experience. Candidates should have experience with a broad range of employment issues including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Litigation experience should include drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions. Experience taking and defending depositions, and conducting administrative hearings is a plus. Other responsibilities will include drafting workplace policies, conducting employee trainings, and providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employers. Candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess an excellent work ethic, excellent writing, communication, and research skills
The salary range at the time of posting is $170,000 - $190,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to, employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
