Clark Hill PLC is seeking a Senior Attorney with 6 years of commercial/insurance defense litigation experience for its Litigation business unit in Philadelphia. All candidates must have the following experience: substantive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience; strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills; and strong academic credentials. Experience working with discovery software is preferred. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and organized, and must possess a solid work ethic. All candidates must currently be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
