The Dealer Services CRM Administrator is responsible for supporting our dealer operations in using, managing and maintaining our CRM platform (currently Salesforce) to support their dealer operations. This role will also support the sales team with various administrative support functions.Position will ensure that dealer-related data is accurate, accessible, and optimized for business processes. This role will work closely with sales, support, and IT teams to enhance dealer relationships and streamline workflow automation.
Essential Functions:
CRM (Customer Portal) System Administration:
- Maintain, configure, and update our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security as it pertains to business needs.
- Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, customer base, and security settings within Salesforce.
- Assist in onboarding of new dealers by initiating onboarding and collaborate with various departments to complete total process.
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve dealer experience and operational efficiency, specifically around quoting tools and abilities.
Integration and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to integrate the Salesforce and LMS systems with other business applications.
- Work with Order Entry, Salesforce Administrators, IT, and Sales Department as needed to ensure sales functions interact with and are supported by CLARK technology.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights on dealer performance and engagement.
- Monitor and audit data quality, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Support data migration and integration efforts between Salesforce and other business systems.
User Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for dealers and internal associates on Salesforce based dealer portal and sales configurator program.
- Provide desktop support for program end users across North America.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting procedures.
- Work cross functionally to take ownership of dealer support functions and ensure all areas where CLARK interacts with dealers in regard to technology and support are optimized and engaged. Specifically, parts, dealer portal, warranty administration, order entry and sales functions.
Sales Team Admin Support:
- Assist with Clerical and Administrative tasks needed for the sales operation and programs including,
- Assist as needed with events, trade shows, trainings and onboarding of new dealers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4-year bachelor’s degree in business or similar field. (Exceptions based on equal experience)
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role preferred
- Salesforce Administrator or Super User Certification (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with workflow automation, process builder, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support dealer relations.
- Experience providing organizational support and coordination for complex sales department.
- Strong computer and business software skills. Such as Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word, and Salesforce. Ability to type minimum 45wpm.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven record of providing excellent support for customers from a variety of backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills: Candidate is someone with a positive attitude, who is self-motivated and ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously, while supporting the overall goals of the company.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting dealer networks, customer service, automotive, or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with third-party Salesforce integrations (e.g., CPQ, Marketing Cloud), or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or other customization tools (a plus).
