The Aftermarket Parts Pricing Analyst position has responsibility to support and oversee the day to day mechanics of the parts pricing function. Primary responsibility is to provide customer satisfaction by responding in a timely manner to customer price inquiries and analyzing, developing, and maintaining competitive pricing structures and strategies to enable CLARK to position itself in the marketplace to maximize sales and margins over the long term. Assist management in the monitoring and analysis of margin, parts pricing and competitive pricing plus preparation of a quarterly parts price book.
This position will be located onsite in our Global HQ office in Flower Mound, TX.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Responsible for analyzing, preparing, and sending to dealers a quarterly price book
Responsible for investigation, research, price development and responding to customer parts price inquiries and complaints within established departmental guidelines. Research could involve material standard cost, vendor quotations and competitive data.
Monitor and analyze price and margin impact on financial results and recommend action for improved results as required.
Responsible for implementing pricing actions and responsible for integrity of product price database
Establish and maintain CLARK parts dealer net and list prices and other special sell prices in accordance with established pricing strategies and policies
Manage pricing process and procedures for Customer Service pricing requests and customer price investigation requests.
Conduct research of competitive retail and wholesale market pricing and maintain a competitor price database and to determine the most cost effective price for existing and new quote parts.
Establish and maintain CLARK dealer net and list prices in accordance with established pricing strategies and policies.
Maintain a list of target prices that do not meet competition’s pricing
Investigate pricing discrepancies and customer pricing complaints to resolve.
Responsible to do competitive data research and maintenance of the competitive price database.
Implement the routine price change process as directed by the Manager.
Responsible to create, maintain, & run various reports & queries to analyze, distribute, check for discrepancies, track changes and evaluate.
Assist in the production and mailing of the price books and changes as needed
Data entry intro various software programs including Excel, PRMS, Access and other databases as required.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business with emphasis on Economics, Supply chain, Marketing or Market Research would be a plus.
Strong analytical skills
Extensive experience with managing, maintaining and analyzing large amounts of data
Demonstrated skill with database programs, including Microsoft Access and other databases
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated, assertive and proactive attitude
Detail oriented with 3-4 years database management experience preferably in the automotive or industrial equipment industry

Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the USA without any type of sponsorship
Visits to production areas and suppliers may require warehouse and typical factory conditions.
