Summary / Position Purpose:
Hisco, a division of TestEquity is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst who is responsible for in-depth analysis to help shape the overall pricing strategy of TestEquity Group in the Americas. This role will work closely with the Director of Pricing Strategy to provide overall direction to our Pricing Strategy & Customer Pricing teams. The role is a great opportunity for someone with advanced data skills and experience in pricing analytics to take on a leading role in influencing the strategic and tactical approach to pricing of a multi-channel distributor. The role sits within a specialized pricing team and will also work closely with our Product Management, Sales, and Commercial Insight teams.
Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Director of Pricing Strategy to identify opportunities and focus areas for pricing analysis
- Carry out in-depth analysis of all areas of pricing, including pricing elasticity, competitive pricing, gross margin & cost-to-serve, and the impact of pricing changes
- Based on this analysis, provide concrete, actionable recommendations to the Pricing Strategy team
- Work with the Director of Pricing Strategy to shape the strategic approach to pricing for multiple channels & entities within the Group
- Along with the Director of Pricing Strategy and the wider Pricing team, this role will be responsible for delivering improvements to our bottom line through pricing
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a Senior Pricing Analyst or similar role
- Degree level qualification in Statistical Analysis, Business Analysis, Finance or similar
- Advanced skills in analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Domo, etc.
- Confident building, deploying, and drawing actionable conclusions from complex statistical models
- Experience handling large data sets, time series analysis and forecasting
- Excellent commercial understanding, including understanding of common financial terms
- Experience in pricing for industrial distribution is a plus, but not essential

Qualifications
Salary : $78,000 - $88,000
