The Partner Services Team you’ll lead is responsible for seamless, accurate international order fulfillment whether that be through direct-to-port containers, international freight, or 3PL network comprised by our freight forwarder and consolidator partners. You’ll guide franchisee operators through essential documentation requirements, manage customs clearance, and facilitate payments, all while ensuring operational excellence. This unique blend of customer service, operations, and project management expertise will be crucial to building a strong foundation that supports our international growth and drives innovation across the business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the Partner Services Team, including hiring, mentoring, coaching, and conducting performance reviews. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on achieving departmental and organizational goals. Set clear performance targets and objectives for the team and monitor progress towards KPIs.
- Development and Implementation of Fulfillment Workflows: Oversee the development and implementation of efficient fulfillment workflows. Ensure processes are scalable and adaptable to accommodate the growing international customer base. Continuously review and optimize fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop strategic plans and initiatives to enhance international logistic capabilities and meet customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve service. Drive initiatives to automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and fulfillment. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance and operational effectiveness. Conduct regular reviews of order logs, quality assurance results, and other metrics to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Professional Development and Team Engagement: Support the professional development of team members through training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. Promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and improvement in partnership with the broader Logistics & Supply Chain Dept.
- Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and leadership regarding logistics strategies, initiatives, and performance. Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to management on logistics operations, KPIs, and performance metrics. Ensure transparency and clarity in communication to facilitate informed decision-making and alignment across the organization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as an advocate, ambassador, and product owner across various departments. Collaborate with stakeholders and drive initiatives to optimize interactions between teams and enhance operational efficiency.
- Customer Experience Management: Monitor KPIs and Quality Assurance to ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Serve as an escalation point for complex issues and offer solutions to improve satisfaction and productivity.
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Experience in project management, international fulfillment, customer service, and/or logistics is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
