The firm services clients in multiple areas of law including complex commercial transactions; general and business litigation; bankruptcy and creditors’ rights; financial institutions; construction litigation; environmental and land use; intellectual property and trademarks; wills, trusts and estate planning; employment and labor; transportation; and residential and commercial real estate.

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Conduct client interviews to gather information and understand their needs and goals.
- Assist with tax planning considerations for estate plans.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant estate planning issues.
- Manage client files and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Law Degree from Accredited Law School
- Member in Good Standing, The Florida Bar
- Experience – 0-5 Years
Salary starting at $80,000 and commensurate with experience.
