Position: Medical Billing Assistant

Location: Mobile, AL

Pay: $16/hour

Experience: At least 1 year in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or billing environment

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Clark Personnel is seeking a Medical Billing Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Assist the billing department with administrative and clerical tasks.
• Process invoices, payments, and financial records with accuracy.
• Organize and prepare materials for meetings and reports.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding billing inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Experience with billing systems and medical coding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with accurate typing skills.
• Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
