Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for both production and corporate roles, ensuring the hiring of top talent.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance on workplace policies, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including OSHA and safety regulations specific to manufacturing.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation strategies.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, safety awareness, and leadership development.
- Lead performance management processes, including coaching supervisors on best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to create a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
