Job Summary:
As an Expo you will help guide guests through the dining experience. We have high expectations for hard work and attention to detail. Qualities we look for in this position include a genuine interest in food and beverage, the desire to create memorable experiences for our guests, and dedication to hard work.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service
- Anticipate and address guest needs and concerns
- Communicate with other staff and management regarding the needs of guests
- Complete all side work as assigned
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support other servers and kitchen staff in duties as required
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Minimum of 1 year expo experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
- Current California Food Handler’s and RBS certification required.
- Excellent customer service and people skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
- Ability to read menus, safety documents, etc.
- Prior experience with POS systems

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Frequent lifting and carrying of food trays and plates weighing up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to safely navigate a fast-paced environment, including frequent walking, bending, reaching, and stooping.
- Manual dexterity required to handle and transport food items, utensils, and trays.
- Ability to move swiftly between the kitchen and dining areas, including navigating stairs or ramps if applicable.
- Work is performed in an indoor and outdoor environment with varying noise levels and temperature changes.
