Days: Mon-Fri 6:00am to 2:30pm; Swing: Mon-Fri 2:00pm to 10:30pm; Weekends: Fri-Sun 8am to 8pm
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Primary responsibility will be tracking and communicating status on the flow of production parts to support established customer commitments (delivery requirements). This position will also be responsible for timely response to internal status inquiries of parts, communicating potential schedule impacts, and escalating issues to the internal Business Manager when parts are not moving thru production as expected.
- Participate in production meetings and assist with necessary administrative functions
- Interact cross-functionally to obtain status and priority of parts waiting to be processed or moved
- Communicate, in a timely manner, any issues which may impact or delay the established schedule
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel, and adept at using Microsoft Word, Outlook
- Successfully manage frequently changing priorities
- Experience using an ERP/MRP system (Vantage highly desired)
