Clark's White Glove Delivery is a premier white glove delivery company specializing in high end furniture distribution. Our clientele specializes in luxury brands and custom ordered products requiring special attention. We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, interpersonal leader to join and advance our Louisville, KY market. Additionally, we are interested in finding a leader who has the capability of bringing over drive team(s) or office personnel to help our team grow.
Job duties :
Oversee daily operations at the site level.
Morning driver meetings and load out.
Quality service through continued communication with our clientele ensuring we are meeting expectations.
Driver compliance - uniforms and appearance, app usage, customer service and experience. Monitor driver score cards and surveys to meet client expectations.
Oversee and lead onsite administrative staff
Monitor payroll for contractors and employees.
Cultivate a positive work environment through leadership and communication.
Experience and qualifications :
At least 3 years in logistics management
Possess the ability to de-escalate difficult situations and facilitate tough conversations.
Cultivate a positive, hard-working environment of like-minded individuals.
Technical experience on google platform.
Able to communicate a clear objective with your team, ensuring a project is completed and expectations are met.
