Trade Promotion Manager
This is a Hybrid Role, with the first 60 days spent on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Trade Promotions: Oversee the full trade promotion process to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Analyze Promotion Effectiveness: Evaluate promotion performance and recommend improvements based on ROI and data insights.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Demand Planning to optimize strategies and forecasts.
- Ensure Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to guidelines and accurate financial reporting of trade spend.
- Manage Data & Insights: Track trade promotion data and analyze financial impact, providing actionable insights.
- Vendor & Supplier Relations: Oversee contracts and ensure efficient execution of trade promotion systems.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance trade processes and alignment with company strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience:
- 6 years in Finance, Trade Management
- Strong background in financial analysis, revenue management, and trade promotions.
- Proficient in Excel, INFOR.
- Familiar with sales performance analysis and forecasting.
- Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
