Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Schedule and coordinate HVAC service calls while optimizing technician schedules for efficiency
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely arrival to service calls and provide necessary information
• Update and maintain customer information in the company's database
• Provide accurate and detailed quotes to customers for HVAC services
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or concerns
• Stay up-to-date on HVAC products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable and helpful support to customers

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC industry
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and industry terminology
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Service Titan software preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed
