HVAC Technican

The HVAC Service Technician is a professional who installs and repairs various home heating and cooling systems year-round. HVAC Technicians work with furnaces as well as thermostats and air conditioning systems to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout a customer’s home or office building.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and HVAC/R systems
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC system components
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a van for field service calls
- Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed
- Basic welding and boiler knowledge is a plus
- Experience in appliance repair is beneficial
