We are looking for a Project Accountant to join our team.
Specific responsibilities
- Monitor and track project budgets, expenditures, and costs in ProCore and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Lead bi-weekly Project Financial Review meetings with Project Managers
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to project performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing for projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to review project budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted costs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project accounting records.
- Provide financial support and guidance to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management policies and procedures as appropriate to work being undertaken

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to 75,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
