The Financial Aid Office work-study position assists the department with general work office support duties. This entails greeting walk-in students, answering basic financial aid questions over the phone, filing projects, data entry and other office duties as assigned. The work-study can work up to 19 hours per week during the office hours of 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm Monday-Friday.
Required Qualifications :
Currently enrolled at Clarkson College required.
Qualified for the federal work study program required.
Ability to handle confidential information required.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Word required.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and effective organization and time management skills.
