Summary
The role of the Human Resources Coordinator is to support the daily operations of the HR department in multiple functional areas, such as reporting, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance. This is an in-office position (not remote) with an exempt FLSA classification. The position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Essential Responsibilities
- Onboarding Coordination :
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including pre-hire communication, collection of required documents, and scheduling of orientation sessions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during their onboarding period and answer any questions that may come up.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies by collecting, verifying, and securely storing all necessary documentation.
Act as a first point of contact for HR inquiries.
Responsible for maintaining employee records (e.g., benefits and performance).
