Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clio Project Manager to lead the efficient and effective implementation of the Clio platform for all employees and newcomers to ensure compliance with timekeeping, billing, and case management standards. This role will be essential in streamlining onboarding processes, maintaining data accuracy, and driving user adoption of Clio across the firm. The ideal candidate will eventually oversee broader operational functions within the firm, optimizing workflows, and driving organizational improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage Clio onboarding for all new hires, consistent usage across the firm, training, etc.
Implement timekeeping and billing protocols, performing regular audits for accuracy
Create and implement firm-wide protocols for utilizing Clio s task management, client intake, calendaring, invoicing, reporting, matter stages, and other case management tools.
Provide ongoing Clio training & support, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting, and escalating issues to Clio support as needed.
Create a timeline and plan for firm-wide adoption of different Clio features and products, including eventually adopting Clio Grow, Clio Draft, and/or Clio Duo
Monitor compliance with timekeeping standards, addressing discrepancies and enforcing accuracy.
Prepare usage reports and performance metrics for management review.
Collaborate with the HR department to streamline hiring, onboarding, and employee support processes.
Assist IT with on-site software support, acting as a liaison for troubleshooting with tech-related queries.
Ensure office policies and procedures are up-to-date and effectively communicated across the team.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
At least 1 year of proficiency in Clio, with a demonstrated expert knowledge of the Clio Manage platform and the Clio suite of products
At least 2 years of experience in project management or operations, with a preference for experience in a legal environment.
Familiarity with HR and IT support functions, especially in a small-to-mid-size office setting.
