How You'll Start
You will begin at Clarkston in Summer 2024 by attending our New Associate Bootcamp, which is a paid 4-week intensive training program during which you will gain the key technical and business skills necessary for future consulting roles.
Throughout this program you will:
Develop expertise in Clarkston’s core industries - life sciences, consumer products, and retail
Grow your knowledge in technology implementation programs
Learn the business solutions to best serve our clients’ current and future needs
Expand your foundation of problem-solving, business analysis, and professional consulting skills
Our Bootcamp includes training classes, knowledge assessments, case studies, e-learning, self-study materials, practical exercises, presentations, and team activities. Our classes are taught by our leaders – giving you the opportunity to learn from and build relationships with your colleagues from day one.
What You’ll Do After Bootcamp
You will start your consulting career delivering cutting-edge business solutions to life sciences, consumer products, and retail clients - utilizing both the skills you acquired in college and from our intensive training program. The roles you may undertake within our Implementation practice include business analysis, process improvement, technical development, data modeling, training, and organizational change.
As an Associate Consultant at Clarkston, you will:

Deliver client-focused business solutions

What We’re Looking For
At Clarkston Consulting, your degree is only part of your potential. Your passion, excitement for learning, drive, interpersonal skills, work experience, and community involvement are more critical than your major. We are looking for college seniors with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and we do not exclude based on degree.
We are looking for someone energized by team success, with an exceptional work ethic, who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, and who is willing to travel 30-50% of the time. When not traveling, consultants work from their home office. Relocation is not required.
In addition, you should have a strong interest in developing a consulting career as well as excellent communication skills and a passion for collaborating with others.
