Develop, plan and execute company and commercial strategies for USA business, by leveraging Hitss business units capabilities in Latin America. Define and meet budget as well as KPIs and objectives associated with revenue, sales, marketing, product / services portfolio, operations, customer satisfaction, gross margin and EBITDA. Direct responsible for sales execution and oversee operations success and customer projects execution and satisfaction. This role will manage direct and indirect company's staff and operations to ensure successful results. The ideal candidate will have a background and deep knowledge of US market IT services, where Hitss has strong offerings. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and knowledge including but not limited to strategic planning, finance, sales planning and execution, IT services and products, IT operations. This is a hybrid position in Miramar, FL.

Responsibilities :

  • Define with the Corporate HQs objectives including but not limited to product portfolio, commercial strategies.
  • Develop alliances in alignment with Corporate HQs To achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee our current customers retention.
  • Plan and execute sales initiatives to bring new customers.
  • Responsible of company success in the full quote to cash cycle.
  • Define market targets and product alignment.
  • Plan and design product, operational and commercial strategies to meet clients' needs.
  • Define and meet budget as well as KPIs and objectives associated with revenue, sales, marketing, product / services portfolio, operations, customer satisfaction, gross margin and EBITDA.
  • Supervise company financial metrics.
  • Supervise the implementation of programs with the support of the internal areas of the company to improve employee satisfaction to reduce turnover levels and increase productivity.
  • Monitor sales reporting process, analyze data, plans and forecasts, ensuring timely and accurate information is available for key decision-making.
  • Review monthly budget vs actuals on a timely basis, identifying opportunities and risks to plan, creating action plans to overcome potential shortfalls.
  • Continually evaluate tools and processes being used to plan and manage the business to ensure needs for all departments are being met and work is executed efficiently.
  • Lead strategy definition and execution with company areas including but not limited to Product, Operations, Marketing and Customer Service to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of international and domestic regulations, train and manage staff to adhere to regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the US entity both domestically and internationally.
  • Recruit, train, and manage all in-country staff while creating a company culture where employees can thrive.
  • Build valuable relationships with vendors, suppliers, communities, government entities, etc., to promote the organizations mission.
  • Work closely with the international leadership team to ensure all departments coordinate smoothly on projects.
  • Manage all revenue and expenses for the US entity to ensure they are within budget and corporate polices and guidance.
  • Implements marketing strategies by developing annual unit and gross profit plans, analyzing sales trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Improves sales management job knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance in special employee associated with US market and markets supporting US operations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree Administration, Finance similar Required
  • Master's Degree Business Management Required
  • 10 years Analysis, Project Management, Business Policy Generation, Resource Management, Budget Control Required and
  • 7-9 years Knowledge of the USA IT market, implementation and sale of technological solutions, software development projects. Preferred
  • Microsoft tools Required.
  • Salesforce administration Preferred.
  • English (High proficiency)
