Our Director of Clinical Operations plays a pivotal role in driving excellence within our team and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. You’ll make a direct impact in nurturing a supportive and empowered team by leading and supervising our clinical supervisors and directors and managing the hiring and training of team members. As a key representative of our organization, you'll represent us on local, agency, and national committees, building strong community and client relationships.
You’ll be at the heart of our organization, overseeing everything from contractual obligations to administrative, clinical, and non-clinical programs, all while optimizing our workflow processes. Your use of data analysis, collaborative problem-solving, and budget management will be crucial in upholding productivity and compliance standards, and expanding our clinical programs, ensuring our agency’s success. What we’re looking for:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4 years or more of supervisory experience
- Experience working in the community mental health field with system partners
- Eligible for fingerprint clearance approval without restrictions (and maintain during employment)
- Valid Arizona driver’s license (without restrictions), current auto insurance, and current CPR/First Aid (or able to obtain)
