About Your Role:
As Child Developmental Home Provider, you will be responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and stable home environment for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Does the following apply to you?
- Ability to provide a safe and stable home environment, meeting the necessary standards for foster care placement
- Ability to complete and maintain training and licensing requirements as defined by the State of Arizona
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Satisfactory results of criminal background check, drug screen, and if requested a physical exam
- Must obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification
