About the Program:
Opportunity Knocks is a full service partnership (FSP) treating adults struggling with severe mental health disorders along with a current/recent legal history and are at risk of being homeless or currently homeless.
About Your Role:
As a Lead Licensed Personal Services Coordinator, you will assist the Clinical supervisor and Program Director in overseeing the team of Personal Service Coordinators. Provide training to all new PSC staff. You will carry a small therapy client caseload and provide direct case management services. Identify problems and offer constructive suggestions for corrective action. Act as lead in handling all crisis situations

Does the following apply to you?
- Master's Degree from an accredited university and at least one year of supervisory related experience preferred.
- Must be registered by the BBS (Board of Behavioral Sciences) as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Assist in the supervision of PSC and direct service staff
- Will carry a small therapy client caseload
- Provide direct case management services
- Monitor productivity and quality of team
- Train all new PSC staff
- Identify problems and offer constructive suggestions for corrective action
- Act as lead in handling all crisis situations
- Provide the best customer care possible, including reliability in working scheduled hours
- Identify and build upon the strengths of consumers, coworkers, and the communities we serve
- Support consumers’ steps towards Recovery and Wellness
- Create an organizational culture that respects and celebrates the diversity of our consumers

- Research and utilize our industry’s best practices and analyze our own services to ensure the best possible outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree from an accredited university and one year related experience.
