Behavior Interventionist

As a Behavior Interventionist, you will provide critical support to adolescent students navigating challenges such as behavioral challenges, cognitive disorders, substance use, and other psychological health concerns. Through your ability to build rapport, you will engage students in their treatment process and empower them to achieve academic, career, personal, and social development goals. Your services will play a key role in facilitating students’ successful transitions back to their home schools and equipping them for long-term success.

• $32-35K Annual Salary
• Weekday school-based schedule

Does the following apply to you?

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least three years of experience working with youth exposed to environmental and cognitive challenges
• Ability to successfully pass background checks, criminal record screenings, and adhere to drug-free workplace policies
• Compliance with all mandated health requirements (e.g., negative tuberculosis test)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
