Transforming Lives, Inc. is looking for two Behavior Interventionist to join our teams in our Middletown, DE location.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team that provides therapeutic classroom services to elementary and middle school students.
- Provide group and individual services to students.
- Implement behavior intervention plans based on the child’s unique needs
- Collect data on the child’s behavior and report to parents and the clinic’s leadership team
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and the clinical team to implement effective treatment plans
- Communicate with parents regularly and effectively
- Collaborate with other clinical staff members to ensure the best possible service
Skills:
- Knowledge of principles of behavioral health services and social emotional learning
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with parents and children
- Exercise patience, empathy, and sound judgement when working with students with challenging behaviors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
