About this role
Our Office Coordinator is dedicated to helping maintain a professional, efficient, and welcoming work environment. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our management team, leveraging your independent judgement and initiative. As our Office Coordinator, you will also be responsible for preparing monthly internal and external program reports and maintaining accurate records in line with accreditation standards.

Does the following apply to you?
- High School diploma or GED
- CPR and First Aid certified; OR willing and able to become certified within thirty (30) days of hire
- Valid State Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
- If relocating to Illinois – IL driver’s license MUST be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire
Preferred but not required:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a human services or behavioral health setting
