About your role:
The Manager of Training and Supported Employment is responsible for guiding the agency’s efforts in establishing and sustaining a positive workplace culture and high levels of staff engagement. This position will assess and monitor key performance indicators related to training and employee engagement and will use this data to inform the development and implementation of agency-wide and/or targeted interventions. This position will provide and develop the agency’s centralized new hire orientation curriculum to ensure that new employees have a dynamic and informative introductory experience to the agency while also ensuring good employment outcomes for clients in the Supported Employment program.
This position requires travel of approximately 20% of the time.
Does the following apply to you?
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 or more years’ experience providing behavioral health care services
- 2 or more years’ experience in management/leadership program, development, and training
