Description Position at Clarvida - Oregon About your Role : The Independent Living Program (ILP) helps youth and young adults, who are or were in Foster Care gain the knowledge, skills, and ability to become self-sufficient adults. It gives young people the opportunity to learn the skills they need to make a successful transition from state or tribal custody to living on their own.
